VAT, CUSTOMS & IMPORTS DUTIES

Until July 1st, 2021 all food and alcohol products sold by Spanish Club to individuals living in Ireland are sold subject to Spain´s food and alcohol VAT rates until surpassing Ireland´s sales threshold for distance e-commerce sales from other EU states.

Following European Commission´s VAT prevailing e-commerce rules, starting July 1st, 2021, or after surpassing Ireland´s sales threshold for distance sales from Spain, whichever comes first, we will apply the prevailing Ireland´s VAT rates at the time of purchase.
